Cavalor Hoof Aid Special stimulates optimal hoof development and promotes hoof quality. Hoof Aid Special is an ultra complete and concentrated mix of all nutrients that contribute to optimal development and quality of the hoof. It contains not only biotin, but also yeasts, sulfate compounds, amino acids and fatty acids. This combination of ingredients is key to having a remarkable impact on the hoof and necessary if you want to truly address problem hooves and get them back to health.

COMPOSITION

Biotin is naturally present in e.g. grass and Cavalor® feeds are also enriched with biotin to promote healthy hoof growth. In addition, some bacteria in the large intestine can produce biotin. The exact biotin requirement of a horse is not known but problem hooves will certainly benefit from a higher dose of biotin. The green pellets contain vitamins and minerals, including MSM, B vitamins, Vitamin C and Choline Chloride, which affects an important number of body functions. The beige granules contain, among others, the trace elements copper and zinc, which have been added in an easily absorbable form. Furthermore, Cavalor® Hoof Aid Special also contains the essential amino acids Lysine and the sulfur-containing Methionine that support the flexibility of the hoof. In addition to these ingredients that are important for the development and quality of the hoof, Cavalor® Hoof Aid Special also contains live yeasts. They support the digestion and ensure the best possible absorption of the feed, which has a beneficial effect on the overall condition and vitality of the horse.

In bucket (powder form), Cavalor® Hoof Aid Special 5kg, quantity for 100 days for ponies | 33 days for horses. 

In bag (powder form), Cavalor® Hoof Aid Special 20kg, quantity for 400 days for ponies | 133 days for horses.

DOSAGE

Add 50g Cavalor® Hoof Aid Special daily to your pony's feed. For horses, the daily dose is 150g - 1 measuring cup is 100g - Maximum 420g per horse per day. When the hooves look healthy again, the daily dose can be halved to continue supporting the development of a healthy hoof. The hoof wall grows from the crown rim. Due to the slow growth of the hoof wall, it may take up to 2 months before the new hoof is visible and the result can be properly observed. We recommend using Cavalor® Hoof Aid Special for at least 3-6 months.
