COMPOSITION
L-Tryptophan: tryptophan stimulates serotonin, an anti-stress hormone that is naturally produced by the body. Vitamin B1: helps in the transmission of impulses to the nerves, supports the adrenal glands and has a calming effect. Magnesium citrate: Organic, easily absorbable source of magnesium. Magnesium has a relaxing effect and helps relax muscles.

DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is 20g the evening before, 20g the morning of and 20g 1 hour before the stress situation.
