PROMOTIONAL CONDITIONS | Christmas sale 2023
- The Christmas promotion with 10%, 15% and 20% discount is valid from December 13 2023 to December 17 2023. Additionally, there is a 20% discount on all items from EGO7, Trust and ONE Equestrian from December 13 2023 to December 25 2023. This period cannot be extended and does not apply retroactively.
- The promotions are valid in all our stores and online.
Our store in Hamont is exceptionally open on Sunday December 17 from 1 pm to 5 pm.

- The 10%, 15% and 20% discount (Christmas promotion) can be used only once per customer account in one of our stores (Hamont, Sentower, Peelbergen) and online.
- In stores, the discounts can only be used in the order of the 10%, 15% and 20%. You can apply only one discount per item in the store.
- Online, the Christmas Promtoion is valid from 3 products, and the discount is always calculated in your favor. The highest discount applies to your most expensive product.
- The discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- The discounts apply only to items in stock and while supplies last. No additional discounts can be granted on products ordered in the past or those not in stock during the promotional period and specially ordered from our supplier for you.
- The Christmas promotion is valid for suggested retail prices and netto prices, excluding saddles, nutritional supplements, clippers and accessories, wheelbarrows, Birth Alarm, HHP, Activomed, Nuveq, Bemer, tournament and competition cabinets, Incrediwear, DH Tranquility and Performance, Kask, Samshield, KEP Italia, Kentucky Horsewear and DeNiro.
- Addtionally you will receive a 20% discount on evrything from EGO7, Trust and ONE Equestrian from December 17 2023 to December 25 2023.
- The 10%, 15% and 20% discount (Christmas promotion) is seperate from the 20% discount on Trust, EGO7 and ONE Equestrian.
- The discounts do not apply to already ordered items.
- During the promotional periode, store reservations are not possible via e-mail or phone contact. This can only be done via our website and immediate payment is required. Choose for pick-up in one of our stores. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up at the store of your choice.
- Orders from home delivery can not be subsequently converted (partially) to store pickups.
- All promotions are subject to errors and typos.

Due to the rush, an answer from our customer service may take a little longer. If it turns out that an item was indeed wrongly excluded from the promotion and you sent a message during our promotion period, you are still entitled to the discount after this period. Of course we try to answer everyone as soon as possible. We thank you for your understanding!
