SUPPLEMENT TO SUPPORT MUSCLE BUILDING

An optimal training schedule and appropriate nutrition are the basis for good muscle development. Muscle-Care was specifically formulated to support muscle development and function of the muscular system. Thus, Muscle-Care contains high-quality protein sources used as building blocks for muscle mass development. Among others, whey isolate is part of the formula: a high-quality protein source that occurs naturally in milk, with leucine as the most abundant amino acid. In addition, the individual amino acids lysine and threonine were added, the first and second limiting amino acid for horses, respectively.

Muscle-Care also contains several antioxidants. These reduce oxidative stress caused by free radicals produced during activity. In addition to supplementation with vitamine E, vitamin C and selenium, superoxide dismutase, astaxanthin and gamma oryzanol also join the group of antioxidants in the formula. Finally, L-carnitine and B vitamins are also included in Muscle-Care to contribute in energy metabolism. For example, Muscle-Care contains L-carnitine tartrate, a form of carnitine that has been shown to be more bioavailable and faster absorbed than other forms of L-carnitine. Finally, Muscle-Care provides the ideal supplement to meet muscle development and function in horses.
