Composition
Glucose is a carbohydrate that is quickly absorbed and a key source of energy. Furthermore, glucose stimulates the absorption of electrolytes. • Vitamins B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) increase the uptake of oxygen in the tissues and blood, giving horses better endurance and performance. These are water-soluble vitamins, which are immediately absorbed and also have a direct effect on performance. • Vitamin C plays a key role in removing toxic substances from the body and protecting body cells and is important for a large number of body functions. Sports horses often sweat due to exertion, stress and transport. Through sweat, critical minerals are lost. This loss can negatively affect endurance, leading fatigue and stiff muscles. Cavalor An Energy Boost contains important electrolytes (Na, K, Cl, Mg, Ca) that support optimal muscle function. The essential amino acids Lysine, Threonine and tryptophan are essential in the recovery of damaged muscle cells.
