Do I need a physical loyalty card?

No, you do not need a physical card. Your loyalty points are electronically tracked on your customer account at Emmers Equestrian.

Can I earn and spend loyalty points in all Emmers stores and online?

Yes, you can earn and redeem loyalty points both in our physical stores and online.

How can I use my loyalty points online?

During the online checkout process, you have the option to use your loyalty points. In the payment methods, you will find the Loyalty (%) option. By selecting this, your points will be redeemed. You will see the total number of points accumulated and can decide how many you want to use. Want to use only a portion? Simply adjust the amount.

Prefer not to use your loyalty points?
Just leave the option unchecked and choose another payment method.

How can I use my loyalty points in the store?

At the checkout, the desk clerk will inform you of the number of saved loyalty points that you can use for a discount. Then you have the choice to indicate whether you want to use these points for your current purchase, or whether you prefer to save your points for a future purchase.

Where can I check my saved loyalty points?

Your loyalty points are electronically tracked on your customer account at Emmers Equestrian. Check your current balance here or ask one of our desk clerks in the store.

Are all products eligible for loyalty points?

Loyalty points cannot be earned when purchasing new saddles in combination with the saddle fitting service, second-hand saddles, discounted products, products from the brand TOTI Equestrian and on the part of the order paid with loyalty points.

Are there any restrictions on using the points?

There are no specific restrictions. You can use your loyalty points for discounts on the entire range of products and services.

Do loyalty points expire?

Your saved loyalty points are valid for 2 years.

What happens to my loyalty points after a return?

If you return an item, the loyalty points saved from that item will be deducted from your account.

Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else?

Loyalty points are person-specific and can in no case be transferred to someone else, even with your permission.
