These Terms & Conditions govern all online transactions with Emmers Equestrian BV. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. All agreements are subject to Belgian law, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Belgium.

In these terms:

• "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Emmers Equestrian BV.
• "Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods from us.
• "Website" encompasses all URLs owned by Emmers Equestrian BV.

All prices are displayed in the local currency of your selected market (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) and include applicable taxes such as VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss a suitable resolution.

VAT and invoicing
Where applicable, and subject to the customer providing a valid VAT number and meeting the applicable legal requirements, the transaction qualifies as an intra-Community supply with VAT reverse charge (Art. 39bis — intra-Community supply / VAT reverse charge).

To place an order:

• Add desired products to your shopping cart.
• Enter your contact and billing information.
• Provide payment details.
• Review and confirm your order.

We aim to deliver products promptly, adhering to the chosen delivery method. Delivery charges may change without prior notice. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the day after your order is placed. All deliveries are subject to product availability.

If we cannot deliver within this timeframe, we will inform you promptly and provide an estimated delivery date. You have the right to cancel the order if delivery exceeds 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the undelivered items.

If delivered goods are damaged, incorrect, or do not match your order, please notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the goods. We are not liable for indirect losses due to delayed or non-delivery by the carrier. Our liability is limited to the value of the items not received.

We aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed information on the process, requirements, and conditions.

• Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in unused, undamaged, and clean condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Once the return is processed and meets our quality control standards, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Products are sold individually unless stated otherwise and may not be available at all retail locations.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary in color or appearance due to technical limitations. Please refer to the product description for accurate information. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the selected color and size.

In accordance with EU consumer law on distance selling, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. This right does not apply to:

• Perishable goods
• Unsealed software
• Personalized or custom-made items

We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Labor disputes
• Natural disasters
• War or civil unrest
• Transportation disruptions
• Government regulations

In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of goods already delivered, plus any applicable delivery charges.

All goods remain the property of Emmers Equestrian BV until full payment is received.

For disputes within the EU, you may contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
