Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection and select your product, size, and colour.
  2. Click Add to cart.
  3. When ready, go to your cart or proceed directly to checkout.
  4. Enter any discount codes or gift card codes during checkout.
  5. Fill in your shipping and billing details or log in to your account for faster checkout.
  6. Choose your preferred delivery method and payment option.
  7. Review your order and complete your payment.
  8. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.

Do I need to log in to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account is highly recommended. As a registered customer, you:

  • Earn 5% loyalty credit on every purchase
  • Can track your orders easily
  • Have access to your order history
  • Can save your address and payment methods for faster checkout

Can I order an item that is not in stock?

Most items can only be ordered when in stock.

However, for certain products, you can place a backorder even if they're not available at the moment. In that case, the longer delivery time is clearly stated on the product page.

If an item is currently unavailable, you can:

  • Sign up for a back-in-stock notification directly on the product page
  • Email us at hello@emmers.eu to check availability or to request a special order

Please note: delivery times for backorders may vary depending on the supplier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are limited once placed.

If needed, contact us immediately at hello@emmers.eu or call us at +32 (0)11 664 773.

If the order has shipped, you can return it once received following our return policy.

Order Tracking & Delivery

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We ship orders within 1–3 business days. In some cases, such as larger or international orders, or when items come from multiple store locations, it may take a little longer.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can also track your order via your account if you're logged in.

When will my order be delivered?

You can track your shipment and see the estimated delivery date using the track & trace link. Please note, delivery times are estimates:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1-2 business days
  • France, Germany, Luxembourg: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2-6 business days
  • Outside Europe: 3-8 business days*

These times begin once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders confirmed over the weekend will leave the next business day.

*Customs may cause delays beyond our control.

How can I pay?

All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s encrypted checkout.

Can I use a gift card to pay?

Yes, Emmers Equestrian gift cards can be used online. At checkout, enter your gift card code in the “Discount code or Gift card" field.

If your card has a web code, enter it as instructed on the card. Any unused balance remains available for future purchases.

How can I redeem my 5% loyalty credit?

  1. Make sure you're logged in before checking out
  2. If you have loyalty credit available, it will appear as a discount option
  3. Select it to apply your 5% balance to your order total

Are online payments secure?

Yes. To ensure the security of your online payments and personal data, the transaction data is encrypted using SSL technology before being sent over the internet. No special software is needed to pay with SSL. You can recognise a secure SSL connection by the lock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser.

How do I know my payment was successful?

Once payment is complete, you'll see an order confirmation on-screen and receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.

If you don't receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I get an invoice of my online purchase?

Yes, your invoice will be sent automatically after purchase via email. In case of problems, do not hesitate to contact support@emmers.eu.

If you have a company with a valid VAT number that is located outside of Belgium, you can buy excluding VAT. Please mention your VAT number, the name and address of your company in the required fields while registering. You will automatically receive the invoice afterwards.

Is VAT charged for orders outside the EU?

For shipments to countries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply in the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations in advance. Emmers Equestrian is not responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs.

How are the prices shown?

All prices are displayed in the local currency of your selected market (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) and include applicable taxes such as VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Do I pay for a Click&Collect order right away?

Yes, Click & Collect orders must be paid in full online. Once ready, you'll get a notification to pick up your order in-store.
