Sales Associate (m/f/x)

As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of our store. You provide customers with personal and expert advice, support sales activities, and ensure a neat and attractive store environment. In addition, you take on administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store.

You are responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them throughout their purchasing journey
  
• Providing knowledgeable sales advice (equipment, brands, care, nutrition, etc.)
  
• Replenishing and presenting products in an attractive and well-organised manner
  
• Handling cashier duties and following up on customer orders
  
• Managing stock and reporting shortages or discrepancies
  
• Complying with procedures regarding safety, order, and loss prevention

• You have general knowledge of equestrian sports (experience as a rider or groom is required).
• You are customer-focused, professional, and positive in attitude.
• You work accurately and take initiative.
• You are flexible and available to work on Saturdays.

• You are fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
