For our store in Peelbergen, we are looking for a passionate employee for our sales team in the Riding Boots & Helmets department. Your role within the team
At Emmers Equestrian, we strive for more than customer satisfaction - we want to offer a complete experience and distinguish ourselves in quality and service. You play a key role in this! As a sales assistant in our team, you are not only an advisor, you also help build the image and reputation of Emmers. By creating a sincere atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness, you contribute to a loyal customer base and our image as the quality store in the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Advising customers and searching together for the perfect riding boot or riding helmet that meets their wishes and needs.
- Proactively approaching and professionally guiding customers, both in Dutch, German and in English.
- Presentation and maintenance of the store, including replenishing, pricing and attractively presenting the products.
- Ensuring that every customer feels welcome and is happy to return to our store.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven team member who enjoys contact with people and has a passion for equestrian sports. With your friendliness and insight, you know how to put customers at ease and help them professionally. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following qualities:
- Customer-oriented and social, with a strong commercial mindset
- Accurate and goal-oriented; you keep a close eye on the store presentation
- Sense of responsibility; you take initiative and feel involved with the store and the Emmers brand
- Basic knowledge of equestrian sports and the motivation to further deepen your knowledge and continue learning
- Willing to work permanently on Sundays
