The Renaissance Tree
In line with French tradition, the Renaissance tree features a very flat seat, allowing the rider to achieve closer contact with the horse.
Made from the same material as Prestige Italia saddles, this special blend of synthetic fibres offers several advantages over a traditional wooden tree:
- Shape remains stable and is not affected by humidity
- Lighter than wood, weighing at least 1 kg less
- Adjustable to suit the horse’s growth and muscle development
The Renaissance Panels
The Renaissance saddles are available in two types of French traditional panels: locked panels or latex panels.
The integrated Latex panels can be made to your wishes and needs.
Renaissance flocked panels are hand-stuffed. They are a combination of a synthetic Dacron fibre with an elastic honeycomb membrane cover and a layer of soft rubber.
The flocked panels offer freedom of movement for the horse, and they prevent the rider from weighing down on the whithers.These panels are adjustable, because they can be re-flocked when required.
The Renaissance flap sizes
The flaps of the saddle are designed with the utmost attention to the anatomy of the rider, according to the discipline. They are available in longer or shorter versions.
Materials used for Renaissance are elegant and refined, developed according to the French taste of our very own "Renaissance".
The leather from the Renaissance saddles is produced by an artisan in strict compliance with ancient tannery techniques, passed down from generation to generation. Only the finest leather is used for the Renaissande saddles. It undergoes a slow tanning process during which leather is placed in a cavity in the ground, in contact with oak tannins.

Renaissance F
The Renaissance F jumping saddle is a flat seat saddle for all riders seeking an excellent close-contact feeling, without sacrificing comfort. It is the first developef saddle of the Renaissance F-series.
This high end saddle offers exceptional grip for riders looking for balance. It is made entirely of high quality calfskin and extra long tanned high quality leather.
The F is suitable for riders who prefer a half seat.
Renaissance F2
The Renaissance F2 jumping saddle has a medium flat seat, the deepest seat of all Renaissance saddles. It offers improved comfort.
The Renaissance F2 is the evolved version of the Renaissance F saddle, and allows the rider to maintain the same position as in the F. The cantle is higher and straighter. The seat is wider. This combination offers greater comfort and stability.
The flaps on the F2 are the same as the flaps of the F version. The F2 is recommended for riders who prefer to sit in the saddle while riding.
Renaissance F2 S
The Renaissance F2 S jumping saddle is perfect for riders who prefer more freedom and comfort.
The S version of the F2 saddle was developed for riders who are looking formore room in the seat.This allows the rider to experience more freedom of movement in the saddle, while maintaining comfort. All other technical features remain unchanged.
Renaissance M
The Renaissance M jumping saddle is a medium deep seat for riders seeking an excellent close-contact feeling, without sacrificing maximum comfort.
This high end saddle offers exceptional grip for riders looking for balance. It is made entirely of high quality calfskin and extra long tanned high quality leather.
