As a Store Team Member, you are the face of our store. You assist customers with personal and expert advice, support sales, and ensure a tidy and attractive store environment. You will also take on administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the store.

What you will do

As a sales assistant in our team, you are not only an advisor, you also help build the image and reputation of Emmers. By creating a sincere atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness, you contribute to a loyal customer base and our image as the quality store in the sector.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through their purchasing journey.
- Provide informed sales advice (equipment, brands, care, nutrition, etc.).
- Restock and present products in an attractive and well maintained manner.
- Handle cash register duties and follow up on orders.
- Manage stock and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to procedures regarding safety, order, and theft prevention.
Who are you?
✔ You have a general knowledge of equestrian sports (experience as a rider or groom is required).
✔ You are customer oriented, professional, and positive.
✔ You work accurately and take initiative.
✔ You are flexible, including availability on Saturdays.
✔ You are looking for a permanent position with responsibility within a dynamic team.
