It contains glucosamine, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid, which nourish cartilage and enhance the shock-absorbing properties of synovial fluid. Rich in antioxidants (MSM, vitamin C, and vitamin E) and trace minerals (manganese, selenium, and zinc), it helps maintain cartilage, bones, and joint fluid. Boswellia serrata is included to help soothe the musculoskeletal system, particularly during periods of high stress.
