The medium port mouthpiece is made from firm synthetic material, slightly harder than the Flexi Soft version. The port provides extra space for the tongue and shifts pressure to the bars, making it suitable for horses with a sensitive tongue or those that tend to stick their tongue out. The diameter of the bit is 20 mm.
