Sanequine Sano Red is an essential oil blend for inhalation, specially developed to support the respiratory system of horses during periods of intensive exercise. Used with a suitable nebuliser, the formula helps support normal respiratory comfort and is particularly suitable for sport and racehorses exposed to demanding training or competition schedules.

It can be used for all horses that may need relief from bleeding from the airways or respiratory tract congestion. It is natural and non-testing (please check with your local competition authority).

Using a device such as the Flexineb E3, the protocol of use is 5ml delivered twice daily, undiluted via nebulisation. Sano-Red is indicated to be used for a 10-day period, repeatable as often as required. It can be beneficial at the start of training and during intense work and competition as the special blend of essential oils may help to prevent bleeding and support tissue healing after a hemorrhagic episode.
